Main Street Elementary School School Site Council

The School Site Council (SSC) is an integral part of our school community. The SSC is the only council that has the ability to make decisions that directly affect the school.  The SSC has many important responsibilities including updating the school's Single Plan for Student Achievement (SPSA), evaluating the SPSA, developing the school budget, making decisions about parent engagement, parent involvement policy, school compact, spending categorical funds and addressing recommendations from the English Learner Advisory Council (ELAC).

Our SSC consists of five parents and five staff members.
